IPL delivers 5.5 TVRs/match on day one

IPL season 2 got off to a sluggish start, with TAM figures (CS 4+, 6 metros) showing the first match (Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians) delivering a weighted average 5.55 TVRs across the two innings.The second match of day 1, between Royal Challengers and Rajasthan Royals, delivered a weighted average of 5.48 TVRs across the two innings.The first day of IPL season 1 delivered 8.21 TVRs (CS 4+, 6 metros).

IPL season 2 got off to a sluggish start, with TAM figures (CS 4+, 6 metros) showing the first match (Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians) delivering a weighted average 5.55 TVRs across the two innings.

The second match of day 1, between Royal Challengers and Rajasthan Royals, delivered a weighted average of 5.48 TVRs across the two innings.

The first day of IPL season 1 delivered 8.21 TVRs (CS 4+, 6 metros).

Cities whose teams featured in the first match delivered the highest TVRs for the day. Mumbai delivered 6.62 TVRs while Chennai delivered 6.18 TVRs. In the second match, Bangalore delivered 5.52 TVRs.
