Green Gold Animation has launched Green Gold TV, a dedicated Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television channel now available on major connected TV and streaming platforms including TCL, Airtel Xstream, RunnTV, YuppTV and Cloud TV. Additional distribution partners are expected in the coming months. The 24x7 service positions the studio among the earliest established Indian content creators to enter the FAST ecosystem.
Green Gold TV carries full episodes and animated films in Hindi, targeting both kids and family audiences. The line-up includes well-known Green Gold titles such as Super Bheem, Mighty Raju, Chorr Police, Krishna Balram, Luv Kushh, Maha Ganesha and Vikram Betal. All programming is available free of cost and supported by advertising.
Founder and ceo Rajiv Chilaka said the FAST format is reshaping television consumption, noting that the channel extends the company’s original Indian stories into households nationwide. Chilaka stated that Green Gold TV brings the studio’s catalogue directly to connected TV viewers in a format designed for ease of viewing.
The FAST category continues to expand internationally and is gaining momentum in India as connected TV usage grows and users embrace ad-supported streaming options. Industry reports suggest that connected TV households in India may exceed 150 million in the coming years, creating wider opportunities for content creators and advertisers. FAST channels replicate a linear, continuous-play experience but are delivered over the internet and monetised through advertising instead of subscriptions.
Green Gold TV represents a key phase in the studio’s digital expansion. Operating independently from YouTube, the channel will offer long-form episodes and curated movies to maintain uninterrupted viewing. Programming is structured around 22-minute episodes and 60-minute films to support both individual viewing and family co-viewing. The channel will begin with six flagship titles and will gradually introduce new IPs and original productions.
Green Gold Animation’s move into FAST signals a shift in how kids’ content is distributed and discovered within digital-first environments.
