Google collaborates with Tiger Telly for new campaign

Google has partnered with Tiger Telly, the advertising division of Tiger Baby—founded by filmmakers Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti—for its latest campaign showcasing the power of Google’s new AI mode. Written by Zoya Akhtar and directed by Arjun Varain Singh, the film blends emotional storytelling with intuitive technology to demonstrate how the new AI experience makes complex questions simpler and answers more natural.

“When Google reached out, we could not refuse; here was a chance to create something simple yet experiential. The project was very exciting and in keeping with the Tiger Telly endeavour, which is to build brands' stories through every step of their journey – from concept and ideation to scripting, strategy, and full-scale production,” says Zoya Akhtar.

Zoya, who also wrote Kay Beauty’s ‘It’s Kay to Be You’ campaign, highlights that the collaboration was marked by trust and creative freedom. Director Arjun Varain Singh adds, “Working with the Google team was a great experience – they were extremely trusting and collaborative. Directing with Tiger Telly, where all operations are within the same ecosystem, makes the process seamless and flexible.”

The film puts people, emotions, and everyday complexity at the centre, showing how technology can elevate human experiences rather than overshadow them. For Tiger Telly, the collaboration reinforces its role as a full-stack creative studio in advertising—overseeing everything from ideation and scripting to production. The studio’s portfolio spans commercials, music videos, and branded content for brands including Vivo, Tanishq, ARKS, and Nykaa.

With more films slated to roll out in the coming months, the partnership marks an exciting phase in which Tiger Telly will continue using cinematic storytelling to explore and showcase Google’s expanding AI capabilities.
