Exits from Mudra Delhi: replacements on the way, says Kamath

Four senior personnel have put in their papers at  DDB Mudra Group, Delhi. Nirmal Pulickal, executive creative director, North and East; Gopal Krishnan, vice president, North and East; Gaurav Dudeja, vice president, North and East; and Vandana Katoch, creative director, are the employees who have resigned.

With the exits, senior level hiring at DDB Mudra Group's Delhi office would be expected. Madhukar Kamath, managing director and chief executive officer, DDB Mudra Group, noted that there would be a couple of announcements on this front in the next few weeks.

On how the clients have reacted to the news, he said, "All key clients are aware of the changes.The new (account) wins are already there. A couple more are awaiting the contractual formalities."
