Dhiren Amin becomes member, APAC Strategic Counci

Euro RSCG has announced the formation of the 'APAC Strategic Council', in its Global Leadership Meeting held in Shanghai. The agency has named Dhiren Amin (pictured), director, strategic planning, Euro RSCG India as one of the members of the council.

Euro RSCG has announced the formation of the 'APAC Strategic Council', in its Global Leadership Meeting held in Shanghai. The agency has named Dhiren Amin (pictured), director, strategic planning, Euro RSCG India as one of the members of the council.

Commenting on Amin's appointment, Suman Shrivastava, CEO, Euro RSCG India said, "From the outset he has led by example, taken a front-line position with clients, shouldered responsibility for business, surrounded himself with good people and brought the best out in them. Dhiren is always trying to figure out how we can do better, smarter work for our clients."

The objective of the council is to share the best resources and thinking in order to create a stronger strategy culture in the region. The council aims to offer direction, instruction and assistance to APAC strategy leaders and specialists.

In addition to Amin, Sharon Chen from Greater China, Francois de Riviere from South East Asia, Tony Singleton from Australia, Yvette Lim from South East Asia and Will Nichols from Australia have been named members. The team will closely work with Matt Donaven, chief strategic officer, Euro RSCG - APAC.

Amin has been with Euro RSCG since the past four years and has worked across various categories including banking, media, technology, travel and hospitality. The brands that he has worked on are Dainik Bhaskar, Radio One, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Emirates, Grand Hyatt and Sanofi Aventis, among others.
