DDB Mudra Delhi bags creative duties for Yamaha's scooter Ray

The pitch process began three months ago. The 100-125 cc scooter targeted at women is due for launch around Diwali, according to Autocar India.

IndiaYamaha Motor has handed the creative mandate for its 'stylish and sporty' scooter Yamaha Ray to DDB Mudra Delhi.
 
The scooter is the first vehicle in IndiaYamaha Motor's portfolio targeted at women. According to Autocar India, the 125 to 150 cc Ray is due for launch around Diwali (September).

Vandana Das, President, DDB Mudra Group, said, "We are very excited with this win. We had a full-fledged integrated approach to the brand launch. We look forward to partnering IndiaYamaha Motor in making Yamaha Ray a big success."

Roy Kurian, National Business Head, India Yamaha Motor, added, "The pitch process began three months ago. We were looking for an agency which could deliver an integrated strategy in terms of both creative and execution, to help build on the stylish and sporty image of Yamaha Ray.
