A team of creatives from the UAE have announced the launch of 'The Loudest Roar', an interactive Cannes Lions prediction platform.

The platform empowers emerging talents worldwide to step into a Cannes Lions jury member role and predict which campaigns win the most at the awards festival.

The Loudest Roar will have a live leaderboard running. Winners will win prizes and gift cards along with a 'portfolio revamp' by Pimp My Portfolio.

Chirag Khushalani (creative strategist - AKQA), Tobbi Vu (experience designer - AKQA), Teena Mathew (designer - AKQA), and Jack Rogers (senior creative copywriter - Socialize), have conceptualised this platform which aims to become the fantasy league for awards festivals.

Khushalani said, “If the world can have a say on who can win the Superbowl or Premier League, why can't they cast an iron on the Cannes Lions too? The Loudest Roar was born from my love for creativity and desire to geek out with other ad nerds. It's a space where everyone has a say on what’s great, and can feel inspired to create more great work."

Real-time voting starts when shortlists at the Cannes Lions are announced. Participants can view shortlisted cases and vote for Grand Prix winners in six categories: Titanium, Innovation, Film, Entertainment Lions for Gaming, Creative Effectiveness, and Creative Business Transformation.

The founders have stated that this platform will go Live for the Cannes Lions, and will be extended across other upcoming global awards.
