CIFCA 2013: Sub-categories under ‘Ad Film of the Year’ streamlined; deadline extended

The Campaign India Film Crest Awards 2013 (CIFCA) will have a total of 10 sub-categories under the ‘Ad Film of the Year’ category.

This is a result of streamlining the 23 sub-categories announced earlier.

The categories under ‘Ad Film of the Year’ are:

  • Homecare and Household Utilities
  • Personal Care
  • Food & Beverages
  • Consumer Durables
  • Auto and Ancillaries
  • Fashion, Apparel, Accessories
  • BFSI
  • Other Services
  • Electronics and Telecom (Hardware)
  • Others

Entries submitted under ‘Others’ may be moved to the most suitable category by the jury, using its discretion.

Entries already submitted as per the earlier sub-categories will be routed to the most appropriate category.

Deadline extended

In accordance with requests from entrants given the strict entry requirements including authorisation letters, the CIFCA early entry deadline has been revised to Thursday, 5 August 2013. The late entry deadline will be Friday, 9 August 2013.

Jury announcement

Announcements related to the awards curator, and jury chairpersons (craft and ad films), will be made shortly.

The full list of jury members will be revealed only after the final round of judging, which is likely to be in mid-August, as originally announced.
