Century Real Estate has unveiled a new campaign for Century Immencity, its upcoming 50+ acre mixed-use development on Airport Road in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. Built around the proposition, 'It’s All Happening Here', the campaign positions the destination as a hub where work, leisure, retail, hospitality, culture and entertainment converge within a single urban ecosystem.
The campaign forms part of the company’s efforts to introduce Century Immencity as a globally inspired destination designed to cater to evolving lifestyle and business needs. Through a combination of storytelling, outdoor advertising and digital engagement, the initiative seeks to establish the development as a landmark address in North Bengaluru.
Rolled out as a 360-degree marketing effort, the campaign spans IPL integrations, digital media and out-of-home advertising. Ahead of the official launch, Century Real Estate executed a teaser phase across Bengaluru in February, using cryptic billboards and visual cues referencing dining, leisure, retail and social experiences. The objective was to build intrigue around the project and generate conversations before revealing the destination.
The campaign film extends this strategy through a narrative that draws inspiration from global cultural and lifestyle destinations. The creative showcases references ranging from Hong Kong-inspired dining experiences and Vienna’s ballet and opera traditions to Parisian luxury ateliers, live music culture in the United States, Scandinavian design aesthetics and Japan’s cherry blossom landscapes.
As the film progresses, these global influences are reimagined within Century Immencity, reinforcing the central campaign message that international experiences can be found within a single destination in Bengaluru. The creative culminates with the line, 'It’s All Happening Here', highlighting the project's ambition to bring together diverse experiences under one address.
The film also introduces several components of the development, including the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier and five-star hospitality offerings. These elements are positioned as spaces where business, leisure, retail, food and beverage, cultural programming and events coexist, creating what the brand describes as an always-active urban environment.
A notable aspect of the campaign is its use of AI-led production techniques. Century Real Estate leveraged artificial intelligence to visualise multiple global settings and cultural references within a single cinematic narrative. The technology enabled the brand to create large-scale visual storytelling that would traditionally require extensive production resources and multiple international locations.
