Cannes Lions awards one point to shortlists that do not win metal, capped at 10 points per agency.
- In case of a campaign with multiple executions that wins, each execution among shortlists is also awarded a point. Cannes Lions has clarified that this does not fall under shortlist points, and hence the 10-point cap does not apply to such points.

- In case of agencies tied on score, the one with more maximum metals is deemed to be ahead.
