Bates 141 Kolkata bags Axiom Estates business

Bates 141 Kolkata has won the Axiom Estates’ account to launch the company’s India operations in a multi-agency pitch comprising of JWT, Grey and Lowe. Axiom Estates deals with real estate properties in India that are sold to NRIs. The company has a brick and click model that facilitates clients in buying properties across the country and the globe. A key element of Axiom's marketing activity involves CRM, which would probably explain the advantage that Bates 141, Kolkata had over others during the pitch.

Speaking on the win, Abeer Chakravarty, Senior Vice President, Bates 141 says, “Axiom Estates provides a unique opportunity for us to demonstrate our through-the-line skills, especially in response ads and one-on-one communications via the internet.”

Commenting of their business and the choice of Bates 141, Rajesh Goenka, Chairman and CEO, Axiom Estates said, "Axiom Estates has just launched in India and is uniquely poised to now offer properties across cities and countries for the global Indian. We were keen to work with an agency that understood both advertising as well as direct response marketing.  Bates was the only agency that could provide this holistic solution and their approach to response marketing stood out among all other agencies we had considered. Bates will help us connect with our customers both in India and overseas."

Axiom Estates will be launching their services shortly across India and Bates 141 will be involved in developing strategies and communication to tap their clients both, in India and abroad.
