Replaces Neeraj Bassi who has decided to leave the agency

Atika Malik joins Cheil India as CSO
Cheil WW India has announced the appointment of Atika Malik as chief strategy officer. She takes over the position from Neeraj Bassi, who has moved on from the organisation.
 
Prior to this she was was strategy consultant with DSM. 
 
Nishi Suri, COO, Cheil SWA, said, “Bringing Atika on board demonstrates the importance we place on strategy and tech-based innovation being at the heart of everything we do. As a new age agency, Atika’s role as a strategic leader will help in the intersection of business, creativity and technology. We welcome her and look forward to creating some phenomenal work together. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Neeraj Bassi for his immense contribution over the past year and wish him the very best.”

In a career spanning 22 years she has also worked with JWT, Leo Burnett, Mudra.
