Amitava Mitra takes on national mandate at Percept/H as COO

Amitava Mitra, head of Delhi operations at Percept/H, has been elevated to the position of chief operating officer, with a national mandate.

On the appointment Prabhakar Mundkur, executive director, Percept/H, said, “Amitava has huge experience behind him and he has handled some of the biggest brands in this country. He has been so far managing our largest office in Delhi and I am sure that with his enthusiasm, energy and experience as a professional manager he will take this company to great heights.”
 
Mitra said, “It’s been a long journey with Percept and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I have my challenge cut out for me and together with my team I look forward to taking Percept/H to the next level.”
 
Mitra joined the agency's Pune office in 2000. He shifted to Delhi in 2003.
