Ajit Menon exits DDB Mudra Group

Ajit Menon, executive director, organisation development, DDB Mudra Group, has resigned from the agency. His last day is today, 24 August.

Menon will be joining Dalmia Group as executive director.

Commenting on his stint at DDB Mudra Group, which began in 2007, Menon said, "It's been a fantastic ride with DDB Mudra, starting out as an agency when it was Mudra Communications to a communication group today. Most important was that we managed to position to the ad industry that HR is important."

He cited Mudra entering the list of 20 best employers of the year (at the Employer Branding Awards 2010-'11) as the highlight of his five-year stint with the agency.
