Agnello Dias inducted into The Ad Club Calcutta's Hall of Fame
The Advertising Club Calcutta has inducted Agnello Dias, co-founder and chief creative officer, Taproot Dentsu, into its ‘Hall of Fame’ for the year 2019.
 
The organisation has also created a video featuring past colleagues and clients of Dias. 

Dias said, “It is a privilege to be in the shadow of giants and I am grateful that an institution as respected as the Ad Club of Calcutta considered me worthy of this honour. It feels a tad intimidating to be honest and am truly grateful to the many hands that guided me along this journey.”
 
Other adlanders to have been inducted to this list include Alyque Padamsee, RK Swamy, Ram Sehgal, Simone Tata, Mohammad Khan, Mike Khanna, AG Krishnamurthy, Arun Nanda, Dr VJ Kurien, Roda Mehta, Aroon Purie, Ranjan Kapur, Sam Balsara, Prem Mehta, R Balki, Prasoon Joshi and Piyush Pandey among others.
 
The Advertising Club was established in 1953.
