Xiaomi India asks users to press pause on their potential gadgets

Watch the films conceptualised in-house here

Xiaomi India has launched a campaign titled ‘Wait! Don’t Buy Tech Yet’, ahead of Diwali, to warn users to get a complete picture of the offers that are available, before they fall prey to the ones that might not be the best for them. Conceptualised in-house, the campaign comprises three films and aims to highlight the brand’s annual festive season campaign,  ‘Diwali with Mi - Tech Ka Shubh Muhurat’ (the good timing for tech).

Two of the films feature protagonists looking at the viewers and telling them that the Diwali with Mi offers are being decided. They tell them that although the stock is in, they should wait and not buy tech yet, since the best offers are yet to be decided. The third film urges users to wait for the Diwali with Mi offers, which are on almost every gadget available.

The campaign will be rolled out across online platforms, retail channels and on digital, social, and print.
