It doesn't come as a surprise anymore when the emcee announces that Brazil bagged the most number of awards in any Cannes Lions category. Considering that people across the globe bill India as a 'hot' market, we asked Indian adlanders what's holding us back from being a creative hotspot too, like Brazil.
