IDP Education fulfills a daughter's overseas learning pursuit

Watch the film conceptualised by Grey Group here

IDP Education has rolled out a film titled '#SuperHero' to highlight the emotions a parent goes through while trying to fulfil their children's dreams of going abroad.

Conceptualised by Grey Group, the film shows different milestones of a daughter and how her father was there with her every step of the way. But now that she wants to study abroad, the father feels that he can't be her superhero in this case. The film then showcases how the daughter books an appointment with IDP Education to help her and her father make this dream of studying abroad a reality. The film ends with IDP Education ensuring the father that they will handle listing the best university for the course the daughter intends to pursue and the scholarship availability for these courses. The film highlights how IDP Education played the role of a superhero to help a lending hand to the father.

Piyush Kumar, regional director (South Asia and Mauritius), IDP Education, said, "Over the last 50 years, we have built a legacy of trust through our transparent international education services. This campaign is a true reflection of how IDP seamlessly acts as an enabler in the overall decision-making process for a student in helping them fulfil their study abroad dream. We hope this campaign nurtures that relationship with our customers and reassures that IDP is always there to take care of the end-to-end requirements of an aspirant."

Vivek Bhambhani, senior executive creative director, Grey Group India, said, “Parents have a dream of educating their children in the best universities, and at the same time, they are quite clueless about the options that the world has to offer. While they are worldly-wise and act as a guiding light to their children, they feel confused and doubtful as they ponder over the ideal career or educational institute for them. By keeping this honest sentiment and confused state a parent feels at the heart of the narrative, we believe it will truly resonate with parents and aspiring students alike.”

Rahul Pahwa, senior vice president, Grey Group India, said, “Indian parents have always been concerned about their children’s education and career. This anxiety has only increased over the last few years as their aspirations are not limited to India anymore. More and more young students are exploring universities abroad. Also, today’s generation is a lot more clear about their career choices than perhaps their parents were. All they need is someone to help and guide them in executing their plans. Set against the backdrop of this cultural reality, this film positions IDP as an ideal partner for parents and students with an ambition to study abroad."
