Ceat showcases work culture through humorous films

Watch the digital films conceptualised by Ogilvy here

Ceat has rolled out three films that tackle issues employees face in a workplace.

The films take on issues like gender bias, an annoying secretary and how ideas are stolen by colleagues and not attributed to the right person.

Milind Apte, SVP - human resources, Ceat Tyres, said, “At Ceat, our constant endeavour is to stay relevant to all people who are part of our family. In order to do so, we engage in frequent conversations with them. These videos are based on insights from our employees, on what they like about working at Ceat. We believe it is a clear expression of our culture.”
