Bajaj V rouses patriotic spirit with Mahavir Chakra awardee

Bajaj has rolled out a new film for its V,  a bike whose tank is infused with metal of war ship INS Vikrant. The film has been conceptualised by Leo Burnett.
 
It opens with a man sitting on a chair. Through the voice over he explains how we celebrate historic days for the country, and then how it's forgotten the very next day. He asks whether this feeling of pride's lifespan is just a day. He talks about the INS Vikrant, an aircraft carrier ship, used during the 1971 Indo-Pak war, and whether that will be forgotten too. He further explains how Bajaj melted that metal from the Vikrant, and gave it a new look and feel through the Bajaj V, so that every Indian, on a daily basis can touch, see and take pride in the history. The film moves on to feature people enjoying the bike. It ends with the protagonist, now feeling and getting on the bike. He's introduced as Rear Admiral SK Gupta, a Mahavir Chakra Awardee from the 1971 War.
 
The film went live on digital media on 10 October 2016.
