Publicis India names Aman Mannan and Shitu Patil as joint national creative directors
 
In a bid to strengthen its creative leadership, Publicis India, a part of Publicis Groupe India, has appointed Aman Mannan and Shitu Patil as joint National Creative Directors (NCDs). In their new roles, the duo will lead the creative vision for all brands at Publicis India, and report to managing director, Oindrila Roy. 
 
Mannan has nearly 25 years of experience across agencies such as Interface Communication, McCann Erickson, DDB Mudra Group, and Leo Burnett India, and Patil has 23 years of advertising and branding experience, having  worked with agencies like Lowe Lintas, FCB and Publicis Ambience. She joined L&K Saatchi & Saatchi in 2022 in her second stint with the Groupe. 

In the new roles as NCDs, Mannan and Patil will leverage their expertise to lead the agency's creative vision across all offices in India.
 
Mirum India bags the digital mandate for ibis Hotels
 
Mirum India, a VML company, has won the digital mandate for ibis Hotels, a brand under the Accor group. Under this mandate, Mirum India will be the digital and social media agency of record (AOR) for ibis Hotels. 
 
The brand aims to strengthen its position in the market by reaching out to its audience more effectively through digital channels. With a focus on building a community for the brand on the digital front, Mirum India will play a strategic role in creating awareness and driving top-of-the-mind-recall for the brand.
 
Impulse digital wins social media mandate for Grasim Industries - Pulp & Fibre
 
Impulse Digital has secured the social media mandate for Aditya Birla Group's VSF (Viscose Staple Fibre) business, Grasim Industries- Pulp & Fibre, following a multi-agency pitch.
 
This strategic partnership will leverage the agency's expertise in social media management with an aim to improve brand presence, employer branding and increased engagement across key platforms. The agency will focus on crafting compelling narratives across innovative products that resonate with Pulp & Fibre's commitment to sustainable practices within the MMCF (Man-made Cellulosic Fibre) industry.
 
Digitas India wins Deoleo’s digital creative mandate
 
Digitas India, a marketing agency within the Publicis Groupe, has announced that it has won the digital creative mandate of Deoleo India, a global leader in olive oil with brands such as Figaro and Bertolli. This collaboration entrusts the agency with the creative and social media responsibilities for Deoleo's marquee products, including Figaro Olive Oil, Bertolli Olive Oil and the Figaro baby range. The objective is to transform these classic brands through cutting-edge digital narratives and enhanced consumer engagement. Digitas India will also help the brands to venture into new markets while reinforcing the allegiance of existing clientele and heightening awareness about olive oil consumption. 
 
Gaurav Mehta moves on from Noise
 
Gaurav Mehta has quit Noise exactly a year after he was appointed as its chief marketing officer, after joining the brand in March 2023. Mehta updated the news of his departure through his LinkedIn profile. Prior to Noise, he helmed the marketing department at companies across sectors such as technology, IT, and online gaming, having worked with brands such as Yahoo, OLX, Car Dekho, and GirnarSoft during a career span of over two decades. His most recent stint was with gaming platform Zupee.
 
Priyadarshi Banerjee joins Mindshare
 
Priyadarshi Banerjee has been appointed as  the principal partner and lead for Content+ (Unilever) at Mindshare, GroupM. He announced the news via LinkedIn. Previously, Banerjee served as vice president for account management at Kofluence. In his earlier stints, Banerjee has worked with Neoma Ventures, One Digital Entertainment, and Bennett Coleman and Co. (Times Group), among others.
