How do I contact membership customer services?

I am being asked for my membership number. How do I find it?
This would have been sent to you at the beginning of your membership in your activation instructions. If you cannot locate it then please contact our customer service team campaignindia.support@haymarket.co.in
Can I add another person to my membership?
Yes - to upgrade your membership please contact campaignindia.subscribe@haymarket.co.in
What date is my Direct Debit payment?
Please contact our customer service team campaignindia.support@haymarket.co.in .Please make sure you provide your membership number when emailing.
I have paid and activated, but am unable to access content. Why?

I am a member and used to be able to read articles, but the site is now blocking me. Why?
The most likely reason for this is that your membership has expired. Email campaignindia.support@haymarket.co.in to check the status of your membership. Renew your membership here
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You will be given a refund for the remainder of your membership term. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please contact campaignindia.support@haymarket.co.in
Can I share my membership with anyone else?
Subscription: If your organisation has a corporate subscription for more than five users, you can manage access who has access through ‘My Account > Team Subscription.’
Personal Subscriptions: No. If you have purchased an individual membership then this is for a single user only. To upgrade your membership package to include multiple users, please contact campaignindia.subscribe@haymarket.co.in
How quickly will I get online access?
Within 24-48 hours - online access will start as soon as payment has been processed
What is the difference between a registered user and a member?
Registered users can only see limited stories and access limited areas. Members of Campaign will have full access to The Information and The Knowledge content and receive additional member benefits which you can view here
What are my login details?
Login details are sent when your order has been processed and activated. These will be your email address and a system generated password. If you still face any issues; you can email campaignindia.support@haymarket.co.in

Why can't I access certain content?

What are cookies?
