Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels strengthens its marketing and communications function with a new appointment to drive brand positioning and guest engagement.

Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Dwarka has appointed Shivam Singh as marketing and public relations manager, reinforcing its focus on integrated communications and brand positioning within Delhi’s competitive hospitality market.

In his new role, Singh will lead the hotel’s marketing communications, public relations initiatives, brand collaborations and guest engagement strategies. His mandate includes strengthening media relations, enhancing digital storytelling, driving marketing campaigns and supporting the property’s positioning as a preferred destination for business, leisure and experiential hospitality.

Singh brings experience in hospitality branding and communications, with expertise spanning public relations, marketing strategy and reputation management. His appointment aligns with the brand’s broader effort to build a consistent and differentiated presence through targeted communication and engagement-led initiatives.

Prior to this role, Singh was part of the pre-opening team at Radisson MG Road, where he led strategic marketing initiatives contributing to the hotel’s launch and positioning. During his tenure with Marriott International, he delivered the highest digital room night mix for Q3 across the APEC region, reflecting a focus on performance-driven marketing strategies. He also contributed to the launch of ZAFFRAN at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, where he drove pre-opening visibility through targeted campaigns, an exclusive HNI meet and media outreach. His earlier experience at Holiday Inn further strengthened his expertise in brand building and guest-centric communication.
