Top Gear celebrates fourth anniversary

Automotive magazine BBC Top Gear which celebrates it fourth anniversary in India this month has come out with a special anniversary issue themed on ‘Extreme’.Also the magazine’s 50th issue, it brings together the 414bhp Audi R8 supercar and the new Nissan X-trail sports utility vehicle and pits them with a bunch of skilled athletes. Also part of the issue is the Mercedes ML 320 put to the test on ice-coated roads and the Toyota LandCruiser V8 sent barrelling down cliffs.

Top Gear’s fourth anniversary also features Maruti A-star, Fiat Punto and the Mitsubishi Cedia. There’s also a first look at Ford’s new small car, the new Honda Civic, the new Nissan Teana plus all new cars from the Frankfurt Motor Show. On offer for readers, there’s a free McLaren MP4-12C poster for keeps besides a free DVD of Vin Diesel starrer xXx and the chance to win the hottest new racing game in town - Need for Speed: Shift.
