Tista Sen exits Ladyfinger

Tista Sen exits Ladyfinger
Tista Sen, chief executive officer and chief operating officer, Ladyfinger, has exited the agency, according to sources close to the development.

Sen was one of the founding members of the all-women agency part of Rediffusion Brand Solutions. The agency was officially announced in April last year. The agency was founded based on the thought that a vast majority of Indian advertising is targeted at women consumers, but the female perspective is either missing in most of the communication or is stereotyped.

Sen has also worked with JWT.
