Tenon Group appoints Nikita Rawat to communications role

Tenon Group strengthens its leadership team with a corporate communications appointment to drive brand positioning and integrated messaging across markets.

Tenon Group has appointed Nikita Rawat as deputy general manager – corporate communications, as part of its efforts to strengthen brand narrative and align messaging across its global operations.

Rawat brings over a decade of experience in communications and marketing, having worked with organisations including Jabong, Grofers and the Dubai Land Department. Her experience spans brand positioning, integrated communications during high-growth phases, and stakeholder and executive engagement.

In addition, she has led marketing initiatives at Steadfast Nutrition, where she drove campaigns such as IHFF as a prime sponsor and supported the launch of India’s first Pro Show in collaboration with the ABEC team. Her background reflects a mix of brand-building, event-led marketing and strategic communications across sectors.

In her new role, Rawat will lead corporate communications strategy for Tenon Group, with a focus on strengthening brand positioning and delivering cohesive messaging across its subsidiaries, including Tenon FM, Peregrine and Soteria. Her mandate will also include supporting long-term business objectives through integrated communication frameworks across markets such as India, the UK, Singapore and Germany.
