Scribbld wins Suzette Gourmet performance marketing mandate

Scribbld will manage performance-led campaigns for Suzette Gourmet across store visits, delivery platforms and cloud kitchen expansion.

Scribbld has secured the performance marketing mandate for Suzette Gourmet, strengthening its portfolio in the hospitality and lifestyle category. The partnership will focus on driving customer acquisition, increasing digital visibility and supporting the café chain’s expansion initiatives across Mumbai.

The mandate was awarded directly to Scribbld and includes performance marketing responsibilities across Suzette Gourmet’s business operations. The agency will work on increasing in-store walk-ins across the brand’s 14 locations, improving visibility on food delivery platforms including Zomato and Swiggy, and supporting the launch of Suzette Gourmet’s latest cloud kitchen in New Cuffe Parade.

Suzette Gourmet operates brands including Kitchen Garden by Suzette and Suzette Café & Bakery, both of which have established a presence within Mumbai’s café and organic dining segment. The company positions itself around conscious dining, ingredient-led offerings and a farm-to-table approach, while combining café culture with bakery-led retail experiences.

Under the partnership, Scribbld will focus on scaling Suzette Gourmet’s customer reach through performance-driven digital campaigns while maintaining the brand’s lifestyle-led positioning and community-focused identity. The collaboration also aims to strengthen the café chain’s digital ecosystem and accessibility across Mumbai.
