Rediffusion Y&R appoints Bhowmick as group CFO

Rediffusion Y&R has appointed Swasti Sovan Bhowmick as its group chief financial officer (CFO) effective October 2008. He will be responsible for Y&R India as well as the Sri Lanka operations. Bhowmick comes from Symantec Corporation where he was heading the finance and accounting function in India. He began his career with Lovelock and Lewes in Kolkata. He has also worked with Hindustan Lever, Accenture and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages.

Rediffusion Y&R has appointed Swasti Sovan Bhowmick as its group chief financial officer (CFO) effective October 2008. He will be responsible for Y&R India as well as the Sri Lanka operations.
