R K SWAMY Limited reported consolidated total income of INR 351.73 crore for fiscal year 2026, registering a 14.9% increase compared to INR 306.15 crore in the previous fiscal year.
The integrated marketing services company also posted consolidated profit before exceptional item and tax of INR 32.20 crore for FY26, excluding the impact of an exceptional item of INR 3.07 crore related to the Labour Code. This represented a 30% increase over the INR 24.77 crore reported in the previous year.
The company additionally announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent for leasing real estate to establish a Digital Video Studio, which is expected to become operational during the course of the year.
For the quarter ended 31 March 2026, R K SWAMY reported total income of INR 104.23 crore, reflecting a 19.7% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
Profit before tax for the quarter stood at INR 19.33 crore, up 27% year-on-year.

The company attributed its growth to its integrated service structure combining creative, media, analytics and market research capabilities within a single operating model.
R K SWAMY also highlighted ongoing investments in infrastructure and talent expansion as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Rajeev Newar, group cfo, said, “We are investing ahead of demand, which is a deliberate strategy. Our expansion of CX Centre and creation of the Brand and Marketing Consulting Group was timely. Both are doing well and expected to continue the growth trajectory. We are not cutting costs like others. Rather we are carefully investing in more talent which is the driver in this business.”
The company said the planned Digital Video Studio aligns with increasing demand for digital content production and integrated marketing solutions across advertising and brand communication mandates.
The expansion also reflects broader industry shifts towards content-led marketing, customer experience services and data-driven campaign execution.
