Aims to broaden its capabilities and enhance client solutions

PwC India acquires Venerate Solutions
PwC India has announced the acquisition of Venerate Solutions, a Salesforce consulting firm. 
 
With this acquisition, PwC India aims to broaden its capabilities and further enhance its client solutions using Salesforce.
 
Upon completion of the acquisition, Venerate, a Salesforce Summit (platinum) partner, and its team of consultants and developers will integrate with PwC India’s Salesforce practice. 
 
The transaction is expected to close in the coming few weeks. 
 
This acquisition aligns with PwC’s commitment to invest in the area of digital transformation and also in strategic alliances.
 
Sanjeev Krishan, chairperson, PwC India said, “We’re happy to have completed the acquisition as planned. This will go on to strengthen our award-winning Salesforce consulting practice with significant end-to-end capabilities in the areas of platform engineering, and cloud and managed services, thereby delivering even better value and sustained outcomes to our clients.”
