Publicis to buy W&K Communications
Publicis Groupe has announced that they are buying W&K's Chinese operations for an undisclosed amount.Publicis' other acquisitions in China include EmporioAsia in May 2008, CCG in 2007, and Betterway Marketing Solutions and Emotion in 2006.The company has announced that they plan to rename the agency as Leo Burnett W&K Beijing Advertising Co.
