DBS has called for a creative agency review across six markets: Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, and Taiwan. The bank is currently conducting a Request for Information (RFI) process, with the appointed agency expected to oversee brand expression, marquee campaigns, and creative coherence.

Microsoft has appointed Publicis Groupe as its global media partner, moving the account away from Dentsu who has held the account since 2014. It is understood Publicis won the bulk of the account without a pitch as part of an expanded partnership with the technology giant in which both “will leverage each other’s expertise to embed agentic AI”.
As part of the partnership, Publicis confirmed that it is making AI tool Microsoft 365 Copilot available to all of its global workforce.
IBM has awarded its global media account to Omnicom following a competitive review, in which it beat out Publicis in the final round of pitching. WPP Media, the incumbent, did not defend the account.
The IBM win adds to a stretch of new business for Omnicom. The network had secured Dyson's global media account in March, estimated at $502 million in spend, beating WPP Media and Publicis.
Pulse Advertising has driven away with electric car brand Polestar’s global influencer marketing account following a competitive pitch process run without an intermediary.
Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has consolidated the media mandate for its Consumer Care business with Wavemaker, a WPP Media brand, bringing all media responsibilities under a single, integrated model. WPP Media also bagged the integrated media mandate for Agilus Diagnostics Limited, following its rebranding from SRL.
Havas Media Network India has been appointed as the media AOR for test prep institution Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), following a multi- agency pitch. The 360-degree media mandate will be jointly handled by PivotRoots, the integrated digital agency and Arena Media, both part of Havas Media Network India.
On the digital front, Volkswagen has awarded its global social media account to Jung von Matt Spree. The Berlin agency won the business in a multi-stage pitch and will now be responsible for developing the brand's presence across all platforms.
In India, Creativeland Asia took charge of Realme’s social game as the brand looks to build a more consistent voice across platforms in a highly competitive smartphone market, while Cheil SWA’s full-service digital marketing agency Experience Commerce secured the social media mandate for ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts.
