Indian Young Ones Shine

'The Extra Mile' for gender equality was the idea that won a team from Miami Ad School Mumbai Gold in the Young Ones competition this year.

The team comprised mentor Manasvi Abrol, and students Shanth Kothot, Rushad Patel, Trupti Pendharkar and Joseph Thomas.

The team wanted to drive home the insight that a woman has to work a lot harder in order to achieve the same as a man.

They envisaged that at the New York Marathon, ‘Always’ (a brand known for its empowering work) would let women run an extra mile after the finish line, drawing attention to gender inequality.

Ogilvy on top globally
