O&M creates new TVC for KFC Hot Zinger

KFC has added a new burger to their menu, for which Ogilvy & Mather has created the launch TVC.

The TVC for the 'Hot Zinger' burger shows a few friends seated in a KFC restaurant. One of the friends is shown to have a wannabe American accent and is narrating stories from New York. The friends who look to be least interested with his stories, decide to offer him a 'Hot Zinger' burger. As he takes a bite, the American accent is forgotten and he starts appreciating the taste of the burger in a more 'desi' accent.

Commenting on the launch of the burger, Dhruv Kaul, director, marketing, KFC India, said, "Hot Zinger is a special offering for our customers who enjoy that extra spicy kick in their food. With this new addition to our burger menu, KFC has become the hottest burger destination in town.”
