Navin’s has unveiled its latest advertising campaign, ‘This is it’, to promote its flagship residential project, Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0. The campaign is designed to capture the निर्णસive moment in the homebuying journey, positioning the development as a complete solution for modern homebuyers seeking convenience, connectivity and immediate occupancy.

The 360-degree campaign is being rolled out across television, cinema halls and digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp. It focuses on reinforcing consumer confidence by highlighting ready-to-move-in inventory, while also showcasing the lifestyle and accessibility benefits associated with the project.

Built around three key pillars — ‘Life Near By’, ‘Lifestyle’ and ‘Ready to Move In’ — the campaign aligns its messaging with core decision drivers in the homebuying process. Cedar includes 3BHK units ranging from 1,908 to 2,140 sq ft, priced at INR 7,999 per sq ft, with possession scheduled by the end of 2026.
