Campaign India understands that MWG TAG Ideation has won the Hindi news channel account of Zee News in a multi-agency pitch. The size of the account is estimated to be in the region of Rs 12-15 crores. The incumbent agency was Draftfcb+ulka.
MWG TAG Ideation is the creative agency of McCann Worldgroup in India. The agency’s Delhi office now has clients which include Videocon Mobile Services, Dish TV, Videocon Mobile Handsets, Videocon Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances, ESPN, Ministry of Tourism and now Zee News. It has already begun expansion in the Mumbai and Chennai markets.
