LINC Limited has appointed Hitesh Singla as head of marketing, reinforcing its focus on sharpening brand strategy and strengthening consumer engagement in a competitive writing instruments category.
The appointment aligns with LINC Limited’s broader objective of enhancing brand equity and building stronger connections with evolving consumer segments. In his new role, Singla will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a mandate to drive integrated campaigns, refine brand positioning and align communication with changing consumer behaviour.
With over two decades of experience, Singla brings a track record in building and scaling brands across sectors including consumer durables, personal care, healthcare, commodities, retail and houseware. His expertise spans both strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering marketing programmes that combine data-led insights with creative storytelling.
Prior to joining LINC Limited, Singla served as head of marketing at KAI India, where he contributed to strengthening brand presence and driving category growth in the personal grooming and houseware segments. His career also includes leadership roles at Godrej & Boyce and Avantha Group, where he worked on market expansion and brand-building initiatives across diverse portfolios.
A key aspect of Singla’s experience lies in launching and scaling brands within the Indian market. He has been associated with the introduction and growth of brands such as Stabilo, UHU and Rapid, while also contributing to category revival efforts for Revlon. These mandates involved repositioning products, strengthening consumer relevance and executing campaigns designed to build both awareness and long-term loyalty.
Singla’s marketing approach combines traditional brand-building principles with experiential engagement and consumer-centric innovation. His work reflects an emphasis on understanding customer behaviour and creating meaningful touchpoints across the consumer journey, enabling brands to establish deeper emotional connections.
Singla said, “LINC Limited holds a strong legacy in the writing instruments category, and I look forward to building on this foundation to further strengthen its brand relevance in a rapidly evolving market. The focus will be on driving sharper consumer insights, innovation-led marketing, and creating deeper engagement across touchpoints.”
At LINC Limited, this leadership addition signals a renewed focus on integrated marketing efforts that bring together offline and digital channels. The company is expected to leverage Singla’s expertise to build cohesive campaigns that enhance visibility while driving differentiation in a crowded market.
With a presence in over 50 countries, LINC Limited continues to expand its footprint in the global writing instruments category. The appointment of Singla is positioned as a step towards reinforcing its strategic marketing capabilities, with an emphasis on innovation, insight-led communication and sustained consumer engagement.
