Leo Burnett Mumbai appoints Hitesh Mehta as VP
Leo Burnett Mumbai has appointed Hitesh Mehta as vice president. He will lead the account management and strategy of the McDonald's business nationally.
 
Saurabh Varma, CEO, Leo Burnett India, said, “With over a decade of integrated communications experience, Hitesh is extremely passionate about understanding human behaviour and applying those valuable insights to client work. It is this very orientation that is of great value to our strong HumanKind philosophy for our brands.”  
 
Mehta added, “The QSR market is still quite nascent and there is immense scope for growth. It’s a very exciting time for McDonald's and I am relishing the opportunity."
 
Prior to joining Leo Burnett, Mehta worked as an independent brand consultant. He was part of the leadership team at Leo Burnett Indonesia, where he worked from 2011 until early 2013.
