Ketan Desai, president - North, Grey Group India has been elevated as growth officer for Grey (North & West). He will continue to be head of the Gurugram office too but will move to Mumbai for his new role.
The agency announced the move through a post on social media.
Desai had moved from Grey Bangladesh to India in January 2017. He has worked across Grey's offices in Kolkata, New Delhi and Colombo too.
