Isobar bags social media duties of Sterling Holidays

Sterling Holidays has awarded its social media duties to Isobar.

According to the agency, the account was won following a multi-agency pitch held a month ago and the incumbent was Blogworks. The creative duties are handled by Network Advertising.

Shamsuddin Jasani, managing director, Isobar India, said, “Sterling Holidays’ presence on social media was very small. Prior to us coming on board, they were present only on Facebook. Our mandate is to manage their social media presence across platforms and to strategise how to leverage this on traditional media. The task is also to increase their interaction with consumers through social media.”

He added, “This is a highly competitive category and competition is extremely active on social media. The challenge is to find the right voice for Sterling Holidays on social media and to amplify offline consumer comments in the digital space.”
