India's second Gold at the 59th International Festival of Creativity in Cannes came in the Design Lions category, courtesy DDB Mudra Group's 'The Hinglish Project' for Incredible India. The agency also picked up a Bronze in the category.
Leo Burnett India won a Silver in the Press Lions competition, besides picking up India's lone metal in the Radio Lions category - a Bronze.
Ogilvy & Mather India picked up two Bronze metals in the Press Lions, while BBDO India bagged a Bronze.
Design Lions
DDB Mudra Group's 'The Hinglish Project' for the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India(Incredible India) brought home the second Gold in the Design Lions category from Cannes 2012. Besides winning a Gold in the 'Consumer Services' sub-category, the entry also bagged Bronze for 'Design Typography'.

The entries ‘Barbed Wire’, ‘Nails’ and ‘Electric Shock’ won a Bronze Lion as a campaign in the 'Sweet Foods & Snacks' sub-category. Meanwhile, entries ‘Refrigerator’, ‘Drawers’ and ‘Sofa’ for Mattel Toys’ HotWheels won a Bronze Lion as a campaign in the 'Entertainment & Leisure' sub-category.
Fabrica Treviso won the Grand Prix in the category for their campaign entry 'Unhate (Palestine and Israel), (USA and Venezuela), and (Germany and France)' entered for United Colors of Benetton in the 'Public Awareness Messages' sub-category.
