HoABL enters Nagpur with paramotor display over Futala Lake

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a branded plotted land developer, has entered Nagpur, also known as the Orange City, with the announcement of its upcoming project, Nagpur Marina. The launch featured a paramotor display over Futala Lake on 04 November 2025, reflecting the project’s waterfront-inspired lifestyle. The development will include over 40 amenities designed to promote leisure, wellness and social engagement, marking Waterfront Living as a new concept for the city.

Three pilots flew over Futala Lake carrying aerial banners to introduce HoABL to Nagpur. The spectacle was intended to symbolise the brand’s approach of combining experiential launches with strategic market entry. The event was described by HoABL as a representation of new beginnings for both the city and the brand’s legacy in the region.

Samujjwal Ghosh, chief executive officer of HoABL, said, “As the third-largest contributor to Maharashtra’s GDP, Nagpur is redefining its position on India’s economic map, evolving into a vibrant hub that mirrors the aspirations and momentum of modern India. Our foray into Nagpur marks a new chapter for us. With HoABL’s hallmark of curated and transparent developments, we aim to create experiences that are both aspirational and meaningful, where every investment is built on trust and designed to endure.”

Nagpur’s strategic location and ongoing Smart City initiatives, along with improved connectivity through Samruddhi Mahamarg, provide an environment conducive to premium residential and lifestyle offerings.

Saurabh Jain, chief marketing officer of HoABL, added, “Our debut in Nagpur was conceived as a strategic brand experience through creativity and innovation. The aerial display and introduction of HoABL demonstrate how we engage with audiences via immersive and purposeful experiences while redefining land as a lifestyle and connecting with local communities.”
