Havas Worldwide makes senior appointments in West and South

Havas Worldwide has appointed Gaurav Soi as vice president at its Mumbai office and Tiraz Balaporia as vice president and office head, Bengaluru.

Soi and Balaporia will report to Shavon Barua, president, Havas Worldwide, West and South.

On the new appointments, Barua said, “I am delighted to have them as a part of our team. At Havas Worldwide we are focussing on bringing about a whole new range of talent in our teams as our business continues to grow.”

Soi joins Havas with 13 years of experience with agencies such as Grey, Publicis Ambience, Metal Communications and Line Communications.

Balaporia joins the agency from Bates. In an earlier stint at Havas (Euro RSCG), he had served for over six years at the agency’s Mumbai and Bengaluru offices.
