Havas Media Network India has appointed Archana Aggarwal as chief growth officer as it advances a more integrated approach to growth, enabled by Converged.AI, its proprietary operating system.
Aggarwal will be based out of Gurugram and will report to Mohit Joshi, CEO, Havas Media Network India. In her new role, she will lead the growth agenda across Havas Media, PivotRoots, Havas Play and Arena Media, focusing on new business and strengthening client partnerships.

A seasoned media and marketing leader with over two decades of experience, Aggarwal brings a strong track record of building brands, leading transformation, and delivering business impact. In her most recent role as vice-president - media at Airtel, she led integrated media strategies aligned with evolving consumer behaviour and business outcomes.
Her experience spans digital and traditional media, with expertise across FMCG, telecom, and the broader marketing ecosystem, having worked with brands such as P&G, Unilever, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, the Diamond Trading Corporation, and Airtel.
