Two movies that won top honours at the 2011 Academy Awards finally release in India

On the weekend following the Academy Awards, Indian English movie fans finally get a chance to watch two more Oscar winning movies on screens here.  
 
'The King's Speech' managed to lead the race at this year’s Academy Awards with four top honours including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor. Firth plays King George VI in the British historical drama film directed by Tom Hooper and written by David Seidler.
 
'Black Swan', a psychological thriller film directed by Darren Aronofsky, has Natalie Portman essaying the Oscar winning role of a young dancer with a prestigious New York City ballet company.
 
The other two releases from Hollywood are the Oscar-nominated ‘The Way Back’ and ‘Hall Pass’. 
 
The only Hindi movie to hit the screens this weekend is the Anupam Kher starrer ‘Yeh Faasley’.
