Experience Commerce wins FiatPe social media mandate

The agency will lead social strategy and content for FiatPe, focusing on merchant-first storytelling and digital growth across key Indian markets.

Experience Commerce has secured the social media mandate for Fiat Payments Private Limited (FiatPe), marking a new addition to the agency’s growing fintech portfolio. The mandate was awarded following a multi-agency pitch involving several established agencies.

FiatPe, launched in 2022, operates as a digital payments platform aligned with India’s Digital India movement, offering infrastructure designed to simplify transactions for merchants and businesses. The platform focuses on delivering merchant-first payment solutions that cater to both online and offline ecosystems in an increasingly digitised economy.

Under the mandate, Experience Commerce will manage FiatPe’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. The agency’s scope includes developing a cohesive digital narrative aligned with FiatPe’s positioning, with an emphasis on consistent brand storytelling and platform-specific engagement. The strategy will incorporate content-led campaigns and page growth initiatives, using formats such as Instagram Reels and Guides to drive visibility and interaction.

The partnership will prioritise strengthening FiatPe’s digital footprint in key markets including Nagpur, Hyderabad and Mumbai, while also supporting expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Experience Commerce will focus on improving online discovery and reinforcing FiatPe’s infrastructure-led positioning, highlighting attributes such as reliability, trust and long-term value. The communication strategy will address a broad audience base, including offline merchants, corporate entities and e-commerce businesses, with the objective of driving brand awareness, engagement and merchant acquisition.
