Enormous has elevated Neha Singh as head of office, Mumbai. In her new role, Singh will oversee the agency’s business and operations in the region as the agency continues to expand its client and operational scale.
Singh has been associated with Enormous for nearly four years, during which she has contributed to the agency’s growth across business management and operational functions. Her elevation comes as the agency strengthens leadership capabilities alongside its expanding creative and strategic mandates.
With 15 years of experience across brand management, business management and agency operations, Singh brings category and operational expertise to the role. Before joining Enormous, she worked with JWT and FCB ULKA, where she spent long tenures handling client and agency responsibilities.
Ashish Khazanchi said, “there’s an accelerated pace of growth at the agency and this marks a cornerstone of our progression as an organisation. We are building competencies and skills in areas other than just strategy and creative, and it becomes imperative for us to have our leadership at the strongest level. Neha has been instrumental in adding rigorousness to our work on brands and she’ll steer the organisation to even greater heights.”
Neha Singh said, “At Enormous, we haven’t really cared about titles. To me a branch head is more about the approach to work than a designation. Owning the project, the client, the relationship, the people of your organisation & marching all together for the best output is pretty much our play at Enormous and last few years have been unlocking years for the agency in terms of the work we have created & the growth we have seen. I look forward to keep the momentum accelerated. The upcoming years are all about remarkable work and creating dipropionate impact for our client partners, the brand we work with and our people.”
The appointment reflects Enormous’ focus on strengthening operational leadership as agencies increasingly align business management with integrated creative delivery. Singh’s expanded responsibilities will include driving regional operations while supporting client growth and organisational development in the Mumbai office.
