Strategy consulting firm Elevate Insights has partnered with Consuma AI to enable brands to access contextual and actionable consumer market insights at speed and scale by combining AI technology and human expertise.

While Elevate specialises in human-centric insights, Consuma specialises in AI-driven market research. With consumer behaviours evolving rapidly, traditional research methods that take weeks or months are no longer viable. Consuma AI’s proprietary insights technology processes millions of data points in real time, tracking market trends, sentiment shifts, and competitor landscapes instantly.

Elevate Insights offers a human toolkit with a human-first approach to primary research that uncovers deep human motivations and behavioural nuances that AI alone cannot decode. Consuma provides social listening, text, or video-based AI and analytics insights and builds AI-based insights agents which work almost like human experts. Through this partnership, Consuma and Elevate will combine their distinct capabilities.

Stating that brand marketers often express the need to have a new insights model that drives high-quality insights at rapid turnaround times, Abhilash Madabhushi, founder, Consuma AI, said, “Today, brands can’t afford to wait for insights, but cannot compromise on quality either. With this partnership, our AI-powered rapid research platform joins hands with Elevate Insights’s consumer insights team to create an insights workflow like never before.”

The duo will focus on a hybrid research framework that integrates AI-powered secondary research with qualitative primary research, ensuring brands get the best of both worlds—speed and depth. As a result of the partnership, the duo’s brand clients will gain access to quick insights through AI-powered research without compromising on the depth and context that human expertise can provide. Brands can leverage scalable, tech-driven intelligence while continuing to receive strategic, conceptual support for their complex research needs, according to a company press release.

Ruchira Jain, founder, Elevate Insights, said, “We provide consultative solutions to help founders and marketers solve their business challenges. This requires a multi-modal approach with AI led at-scale data analytics as well as in-depth problem specific human insights. Partnership with Consuma allows us to offer the best of expert insights offering depth, scale, and speed to solutions.”
