Draftfcb+Ulka Healthcare appoints Dr. Sushil Motwani as business head

The healthcare arm of Draftfcb+ Ulka, India’s fourth largest advertising agency has brought on board Dr. Sushil Motwani as Business Head. Motwani brings with him a medical background, combined with 12 years experience in product management. In his earlier assignment, he has steered many extensive communication programs with clients like Bayer Diabetes Care, Biogen Idec, Pfizer, Aristo, Novartis, Galderma & Lupin, working closely with the marketing teams to build campaigns addressing the doctor, sales force and the patients.

A press note from the agency also informed that the division recently bagged the Astra Zeneca’s Branded Generics business. AstraZeneca is now aiming at inorganic growth by launching generic brands in the international markets. Motwani would be spearheading the agency’s communication effort in this direction which would involve doctor communication developed in India for the international markets.
