Discovery Travel & Living has launched three new travel series. These include Walking the World, Things to Try before You Die and Rough Guides.

Discovery Travel & Living has launched three new travel series. These include Walking the World, Things to Try before You Die and Rough Guides.

Walking the World will depict dramatic sights and local cultures which a traveller can experience  only by walking. The series consists of ten parts and will air on tha channel every Monday. Things to try before you die is an eight part series, and will air on Discovery Travel & Living every Wednesday. Rough Guides deals with choosing, planning and enjoying a budget holiday, and will air every Sunday.

Speaking about the launch, Rajiv Bakshi, director-marketing and communications, India, Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific said, “With an increasing desire to explore various locales around the world, the three unique travel series on Discovery Travel & Living will act as an ultimate guide to the traveller. The series will undoubtedly encapsulate every desired thrill that a traveller would want to experience. From in-depth analysis for planning the perfect holiday to gut-wrenching antics, the programmes will keep viewers engaged.”
